Terms of Use

1. Nature of the content

Every article on VS Note is published for information only. Articles summarize and explain publicly available material such as company filings. They do not recommend or endorse any product, service or security.

  • Not investment advice. VS Note is not an investment adviser and does not operate a quasi-investment advisory business under Korean law. We do not recommend buying, selling or holding any security. Investment decisions and their results are solely the responsibility of the investor. Past figures do not guarantee future results
  • Currency conversions are approximate. Korean companies report in won. US dollar amounts are converted at the Bank of Korea base rate on the date stated in the article, for readability only
  • Nothing on this site is legal or tax advice. For individual matters, please consult a qualified professional

2. Accuracy and limits

Articles are based on filings and other published sources, and each article lists the sources it used. That approach has limits:

  • Figures are as of the filing or date stated in the article, and later filings can revise them
  • The sources themselves can be inaccurate
  • Where we could not confirm something, we say so

If you are making an important decision, please check the original filings yourself. We are not responsible for the results of decisions made solely on the basis of information on this site.

3. Copyright

The copyright in articles published on VS Note belongs to the operator. Quoting with attribution is welcome; copying or redistributing whole articles requires prior permission.

Quoted material belongs to its respective copyright holders. If you believe your work has been used inappropriately, please tell us at support@vyno.dev. We will check and remove it without delay.

4. Advertising

This site is supported by advertising.

Third-party ad networks such as Google AdSense display banner ads. This section does not apply until ads are shown. The operator does not choose or endorse the ads, and advertisers have no connection with the content of this site.

5. Our Korean-language blogs

The same operator runs Korean-language blogs on Tistory (vsnote.tistory.com) and Naver Blog (blog.naver.com/vsnote). Articles on this site are written separately, in English.
